COVID-19 Notice

Nowak Orthopedic Associates is taking every precaution to provide a safe clinical environment. Our waiting room has limited seating and allows for maximum social distancing. All patients and staff are required to wear a mask. Appropriate interviews and temperatures are screened by our patient care coordinator every visit, to every patient. Rooms are sanitized each visit and the clinic is daily sanitized. 
In accordance with CDC recommendations, if you have traveled out of the country, or have been in contact with someone with coronavirus, or you are experiencing symptoms, kindly reschedule your visit.

First Visit

  • Remember to register on the patient portal with Athena prior to your first visit
  • Kindly bring your license, healthcare cards at your first visit.
  • Wear shorts for lower extremity evaluation and a tank top or loose-fitting shirt for upper extremity evaluations
  • All patients are required to follow our posted Covoid-19 protocol including wearing a mask.
